Terms of Service

Aitachyon, operated by Go To Agency ("we", "us"), is an AI-powered workspace that turns a brand URL into video ads: brand analysis, scripts, images, voiceovers, avatar videos and final exports. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. One account covers every project in your workspace.

Aitachyon is a paid product. Subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Agency) are billed monthly or annually through Stripe and grant a monthly credit allowance; every generation consumes credits as displayed in the product.

• Credits reset to your plan's allowance at each billing renewal; unused credits do not roll over.
• Changing plans resets your balance to the new plan's allowance.
• If you cancel, your subscription ends and the remaining credit balance is closed at the end of the paid period.
• Credits have no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash.

If Aitachyon is not a fit, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Every plan is commitment-free: you can cancel anytime in one click from Settings.

You retain ownership of everything you upload and everything you generate with the service, including the final exported videos — use them commercially without restriction or attribution. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process your content solely to operate the service.

AI-generated output is not exclusive by nature: similar prompts may produce similar results for other users.

You agree not to use the service to create or distribute:

• misleading or unlawful advertising, including false claims about products;
• content that infringes third-party rights (trademarks, copyrighted material, personality rights);
• deceptive impersonations of real people without their consent;
• illegal, hateful or harmful content.

You are responsible for ensuring your ads comply with the laws and platform policies where you publish them. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

We rely on third-party AI providers (Google, Replicate, BytePlus, ElevenLabs, Fish Audio) for generation. The service is provided "as is": we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a given generation will meet your expectations — failed generations are automatically refunded in credits.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits or the performance of your ad campaigns.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently erases your data. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms, with a refund of any unused prepaid period unless the breach is serious.
