Terms of Service

Aitachyon, operated by Go To Agency ("we", "us"), is an AI creation studio. It gives you image, video, voice and avatar models from several providers through a web studio, an HTTP API and a hosted MCP server, with the tools to turn them into marketing content. By creating an account or calling the API you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including every call made with your API keys: keep them secret and revoke a key you think is exposed. One account covers every project in your workspace.

Aitachyon is a paid product. Subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Agency) are billed weekly, monthly or annually through Stripe and grant a credit allowance for each billing period; every generation consumes credits as displayed in the product.

• Credits reset to your plan's allowance at each billing renewal; unused credits do not roll over.
• Changing plans resets your balance to the new plan's allowance.
• If you cancel, your subscription ends and the remaining credit balance is closed at the end of the paid period.
• Credits have no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash.

Instead of a plan, you can top up a balance in US dollars and pay per call, from the studio, the API or the MCP server. Top-ups run through Stripe, from $10 to $5,000 at a time.

• Each call is charged at the price listed on our pricing pages when it runs. Your dashboard shows what every job cost. A price change applies only to calls made after it is published.
• Your balance does not expire.
• A job that fails is refunded to your balance automatically, to the cent.
• A job starts only when your balance covers its estimated price. Since the exact price is known once the job has run, that last job can take the balance slightly below zero; your next top-up covers the difference.
• Automatic top-up runs only if you turn it on. It then charges the card you saved, for the amount you chose, whenever your balance falls under the line you set. You can turn it off at any time.
• Unused balance is not refundable in cash, except under the 14-day money-back guarantee below or where the law requires it.

If Aitachyon is not a fit, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Every plan is commitment-free: you can cancel anytime in one click from Settings.

When you order a done-for-you service (content packs, motion films, carousels, UGC video ads or product photos) at /services or /motion, you pay the pack price once, in US dollars, through Stripe. No subscription starts and no account is needed.

• Within one business day of your payment (two for a content pack) we send you what we propose for your approval: a preview with a first video, carousel and post for content packs, the script and the voice for motion films, the plan (topics and the copy of every slide) for carousels, the scripts, the presenter and the voice for UGC video ads, three test shots for product photos. Nothing else is produced before you approve it.
• Delivery dates count business days from that approval, as shown for each pack, or the date in your quote.
• What each pack contains is described on its page and on the order form. A motion film lasts up to 30 seconds and comes in 16:9 and 9:16, with its subtitle file (.srt) and the final script. One round of changes on the delivered work is included, one per format for a content pack (videos, carousels, posts); further rounds or new work are quoted separately.
• If we cannot deliver, or you do not approve what we propose and we stop there, we refund the full price. If we miss the delivery date, you can cancel the order before delivery for a full refund. Work that does not follow what you approved is redone at no cost. Once the work has been delivered and its round of changes done, the price is not refundable.
• Stripe sends a receipt and an invoice after payment; you can add your company's VAT number at checkout.
• You can use what we deliver anywhere, organic or paid, with no extra fee. Voices and music are licensed for commercial use. We show your work in our own portfolio only with your written consent.
• A content pack is delivered as files with captions as text and a posting plan; you publish it yourself unless you ask us to. Publishing on your accounts is a separate service, quoted on request, done through the access each network lets you grant to a partner, never with your password.
• UGC video ads use AI-generated presenters and voices. They are not real people or customers: you agree not to present them as real customer testimonials, and to label them as AI-generated where a platform asks for it.
• You confirm you have the right to show the product, logo, photos and any material you send us, and you remain responsible for labelling AI-generated content where a platform asks for it.

We sometimes make a video for a brand, from its own products with scenes generated by AI, or from its own website and photos, and send it on a private page. Watching it is free and commits you to nothing. When we offer it to you free, both clean files are yours at no charge and nothing is owed. Otherwise the page shows a watermarked preview; you can ask there for one free revised version, with the changes you want. If you buy it, you pay once, in US dollars, through Stripe: $49, which is 15% off the regular $58 for your first video. Our follow-up email may offer it for $29 until a day it states; your page and the checkout then charge that price until the end of that day, US Pacific time. Both clean files, wide 16:9 and short 9:16, download on the page right after payment. Once you own your first video, one more video costs $58, delivered on your page within 10 business days of payment. The monthly plan costs $149 a month, with $50 off each of the first 3 payments ($99), and the yearly plan costs $1,252 a year (30% off twelve months). Each gives you 4 new videos a month, made from your products or your site, each in both formats, delivered on your page within 10 business days of the start of each paid month, with one round of changes per video asked within 7 days. Unused months do not roll over. Both plans renew until you cancel from your page; cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period, and what that period covers is still delivered. On request, we refund the yearly plan pro rata for the months that have not started. If we miss a date stated on your page or in our emails, you can ask for a full refund of that payment; once files are delivered, they are not refundable. By confirming what to feature, you let us use your product photos, logo and product names in the videos we make for you. The licence above applies to these videos.

You retain ownership of everything you upload and everything you generate with the service, including the final exported videos. Use them commercially without restriction or attribution. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process your content solely to operate the service.

AI-generated output is not exclusive by nature: similar prompts may produce similar results for other users.

You agree not to use the service to create or distribute:

• misleading or unlawful advertising, including false claims about products;
• content that infringes third-party rights (trademarks, copyrighted material, personality rights);
• deceptive impersonations of real people without their consent;
• illegal, hateful or harmful content.

You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with the laws and platform policies where you publish it. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

We rely on third-party AI providers for generation, including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, BytePlus, fal, Replicate, ElevenLabs, Recraft and xAI. The service is provided "as is": we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every model, or that a given generation will meet your expectations. Failed generations are refunded automatically, in credits or to your balance.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits or the performance of your marketing campaigns.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently erases your data. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms, with a refund of any unused prepaid period unless the breach is serious.
