Privacy Policy

Aitachyon ("we", "us") is an AI-powered video ad creation workspace operated by Go To Agency, available at https://aitachyon.com. For any privacy matter, contact us at [email protected].

Account data — email address, name, and a hashed password (bcrypt; we never store or see your plaintext password).

Workspace content — projects, brand kits, scripts, and the media you upload or generate (images, voiceovers, videos).

Billing data — your plan and credit balance. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Usage data — credit transactions and generation logs needed to operate the credit system, plus first-party, privacy-respecting visit analytics on the marketing site.

Application data is stored on our own dedicated infrastructure in the European Union: a dedicated PostgreSQL database and EU-region (AWS eu-west-1) S3 media storage. Private media files are only served through short-lived signed URLs. Transactional email is sent through AWS SES (EU region).

To provide the service, parts of your content are processed by the following providers, strictly to perform the feature you trigger:

• Stripe — subscription payments
• Google (Gemini, Cloud Text-to-Speech) — script generation and standard voices
• Replicate — avatar video rendering
• BytePlus ModelArk — image and scene generation
• ElevenLabs / Fish Audio — premium voices, when you select them
• Amazon Web Services (eu-west-1) — media storage and email delivery
• Cloudflare — DNS and traffic protection

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for advertising purposes. Your content is not used to train our or anyone else's models.

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account from Settings permanently removes your account, profile, projects, generated media and files — the deletion cascades through our database and storage immediately.

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. Most of it is directly editable in Settings; for anything else, email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).

We use a single strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or with an in-app notice before they take effect.
