Privacy Policy

Aitachyon ("we", "us") gives you AI image, video and voice models from several providers through a web studio, an API and an MCP server. It is operated by Go To Agency SAS, 9 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, 21000 Dijon, France (RCS Dijon 944 980 762), the controller of your personal data, and available at https://aitachyon.com. Account data: email address, name, and a hashed password (bcrypt; we never store or see your plaintext password).

Workspace content: projects, brand kits, scripts, and the media you upload or generate (images, voiceovers, videos).

Billing data: your plan, credit or prepaid balance, and the price of each job. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Usage data: generation logs (which model ran, when, and what it cost) needed to bill you and run the service, the use of your API keys, plus first-party, privacy-respecting visit analytics on the marketing site.

Motion film orders: the email, name and brief you send with an order, and the films we deliver, kept to produce and deliver the order and for our accounts. Payment goes through Stripe like any other payment.

Early access list: if you ask for early access to a product that is not on sale yet, we keep that email address and the product you chose, only to email you once when it opens. Ask us and we delete it.

Account and workspace data is stored in a dedicated PostgreSQL database on our own infrastructure in the European Union. Media files (what you upload and generate) are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage under its European Union jurisdiction, so they stay in the EU, and are only served through short-lived signed URLs. Transactional email is sent through AWS SES (EU region).

The Aitachyon team can access the content you upload and generate, through an internal tool, only to run the service: answering you when you ask for help, investigating a failed generation or a billing question, preventing abuse and illegal content, and checking the quality of what the models produce.

We do not publish your content, use it in our marketing, or use it to train any model, unless you give us your explicit permission.

If you upload a photo or a recording of a person (for an avatar or a voice clone), you must have their consent. We process it only to generate what you ask for.

To provide the service, parts of your content are processed by the following providers, strictly to perform the feature you trigger:

• Stripe, payments
• Anthropic (Claude), scripts, copy and creative direction
• Google (Gemini, Gemini Omni video, Nano Banana, Cloud Text-to-Speech), text, video, image and standard voices
• OpenAI (gpt-image-2), image generation when you select it
• xAI (Grok), image and video generation when you select it
• BytePlus ModelArk (ByteDance Seedance and Seedream), video and image generation
• fal.ai, video, avatar and post-production models (including Kling, Hailuo and Wan)
• Replicate, avatar video, upscaling and other models
• ElevenLabs and Fish Audio, voices, when you select them
• Cloudflare, DNS, traffic protection and media storage (EU jurisdiction)
• Amazon Web Services (eu-west-1), email delivery

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for advertising purposes. Your content is not used to train our or anyone else's models.

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account from Settings permanently removes your account, profile, projects, generated media and files. The deletion cascades through our database and storage immediately.

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. Most of it is directly editable in Settings; for anything else, email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).

We use a single strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or with an in-app notice before they take effect.
