Contact
One address for everything: [email protected]. A person reads it, and a message with the details below can be answered in one reply.
What to put in your message
- A generation, an export or the API
- Give the email of your account and, for a job, its reference: every file has one, readable with GET /api/generations/{ref}. A failed render is refunded to your balance on its own; write if it was not.
- Billing and your balance
- Give the email of your account and the date of the charge. Receipts come from Stripe; we never see your card.
- A film we made for your business
- Reply to the email that brought you the film, or write here with the address of your website. Changes are asked for on the film's own page.
- Your data
- To access, correct, export or delete your personal data, write from the address of your account. The privacy policy says what we keep and for how long.
- Agencies, resellers and partnerships
- Say what you run and roughly how much you would generate. The white-label API and the agency packs have their own pages.
